Peinto skapar digitala konstmotiv som trycks och skickas till kund via extern print-on-demand-leverantör.
Produkter tillverkas på beställning och skickas direkt från produktionspartnern till kunden.
Peinto lagerhåller inte varor i egen regi.

Reklamation & felaktig vara
Eftersom produkterna trycks på beställning gäller ingen ångerrätt vid ändrad åsikt.
Ersättning eller ny produkt erbjuds vid:
• tryckfel
• skadad produkt
• felaktig leverans
• produktionsfel

Ansvarsbegränsning
Information om pris, produkt och leverans lämnas med reservation för:
• skrivfel
• tekniska fel
• förseningar hos produktion eller fraktbolag

Business description
Peinto creates digital artwork which is printed and shipped to customers through an external print-on-demand production partner.
All products are made to order and shipped directly from the production partner to the customer.
Peinto does not store or dispatch products from its own premises.

Replacements & product issues
As products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Replacements or refunds are offered in cases of:
• print defects
• damaged items
• incorrect or missing items
• production errors
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Information regarding products, pricing and delivery is provided subject to:
• typographical errors
• technical issues
• delays caused by production or shipping partners
